Get the support you deserve — fully funded by the NSW Government.

At Zenvia, we provide trauma-informed, confidential counselling for people who have been impacted by a crime in New South Wales. If you’re eligible under the Victims Support Scheme, you may be able to access our services at no cost to you.

What is the Victims Support Scheme?

The NSW Victims Support Scheme offers free counselling and other supports to people who have experienced:

✔ Domestic or family violence

✔ Sexual assault

✔ Physical assault

✔ Stalking or threats

✔ Other violent crimes

You do not need to have reported the crime to police to apply.

How Zenvia Can Help

Our accredited counsellors provide:

1) Safe, confidential online sessions

2) Trauma-informed approaches like CBT, EMDR, and narrative therapy

3) Support tailored to your pace and goals

4) Culturally sensitive and inclusive care

5) We are approved by Victims Services NSW to deliver counselling under the scheme.

Am I Eligible?

You may be eligible if:

1) You were directly or indirectly affected by a violent crime in NSW

2) You are over 18 (or have parental consent if younger)

3) The crime occurred within the last 10 years (extensions possible)

4) You are ready and willing to engage in counselling

What’s Covered?

Victims Services may approve:

1) Up to 22 free counselling sessions

2) With a qualified, trauma-informed counsellor

3) All fees paid directly by the government — you don’t pay anything
