Counselling for NDIS Participants – Online and Trauma-Informed
Zenvia provides online counselling to eligible participants under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Our qualified counsellors offer person-centred, trauma-informed support to help you improve your emotional wellbeing and reach your goals.
This service is available to NDIS participants who are Plan Managed or Agency Managed.
Who We Support
Zenvia offers counselling for people aged 18+ who:
✔ Experience psychosocial disability or other mental health challenges
✔ Are on the NDIS and have funding under Improved Daily Living or similar capacity-building categories
✔ Are looking for emotional regulation support, trauma counselling, goal-focused therapy, or general wellbeing assistance
We are experienced in working with:
✔ Anxiety and depression
✔ Complex trauma
✔ Life transitions and independence building
✔ Disability-related grief, identity and adjustment issues
✔ Carers and family support (when part of a participant’s goals)

Zenvia provides:
1) Online video counselling from a private, secure location
2)Flexible weekday and evening appointment times
3) Clear session notes for plan managers and support coordinators (on request)
4) Qualified counsellors with trauma-informed and neuro-affirming approaches
How It Works

You or your Support Coordinator / Plan Manager contacts us to confirm suitability

We issue a service agreement outlining session rates, schedule, and goals

Once signed, we book your sessions and begin counselling
We charge the current NDIS rate for psychology/counselling services under Improved Daily Living – $156.16 per hour (as per the current NDIS price guide).
Important Notes
✔ We do not work with Self-Managed participants at this time
✔ All services are delivered online only
✔ A safe, private environment with a stable internet connection is required
