  • Late cancellations may incur a fee, as per our policy.

02) What are the requirements to join?

You must:

  • Be registered with AASW, ACA, PACFA, or another recognised body.
  • Have an ABN or willing to obtain one (we can assist with this).
  • Have a secure internet connection & private workspace.
  • Have liability insurance (we can assist with this).

03) How does payment work?

  • Counsellors earn per session based on qualifications and experience.
  • AI-powered admin tools handle invoicing & funding claims for you.

  • Payments are processed weekly.

04) Do I have to find my own clients?

No! Zenvia provides a steady flow of client referrals based on your skill set.

  • A computer with a camera & microphone.
  • A stable internet connection.

02) I’m having trouble with my session. What should I do?

If you experience technical issues, try:

  • Checking your internet connection.
