Who We’re Looking For
Zenvia is currently onboarding counsellors and allied mental health professionals who meet the following criteria:
✔ Registration with AASW, PACFA (Clinical), ACA (Level 3+), AHPRA, or equivalent
✔ Minimum two years' counselling or mental health experience (exceptions may apply for strong candidates)
✔ Experience with trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches
✔ A private, confidential workspace and reliable internet
✔ Valid Working With Children Check and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Your Role at Zenvia
✔ Deliver high-quality online counselling via Microsoft Teams or Zoom
✔ Complete documentation using our secure, AI-powered tools
✔ Uphold ethical and clinical standards in line with your professional registration
✔ Contribute to a collaborative, client-centred culture
Remuneration
Contractors earn $80–$120 per session, depending on experience and case complexity. Higher rates apply for:
✔ Complex trauma work
✔ After-hours sessions
✔ Multilingual counselling
✔ Court reports and case conferencing
